For the last 10 years, the Xiromeritis family has been focused on growing this vineyard and creating high-quality wines in an ideal and unique viticultural site with a suitable climate. In the process, they planted their initial ten-acre Syrah vineyard to offer the best wine-tasting experience in Pieria.

After planting the initial ten-acre Syrah vineyard, the Xiromeritis family established a winery and bottling plant inside the vines. They completed their first winery bottling in 2012 and have since expanded their vineyard to around 20 acres, cultivating their grapes according to Greek and European standards.

Ktima Xiromeriti produces a range of high-quality wines made from grapes grown In our privately owned vineyard. Our wine selection includes "Xiromeritis", "Muses", "Iris", "Xinomavro", "AELIA", and "Original Tsipouro Spirits". Each wine is carefully crafted with attention to detail, ensuring an authentic Greek wine-tasting experience.

In addition, Christina's (one of the Xiromiritis) passion and expertise in baking and confectionery, combined with the estate's seasonal fruits, has led to the creation of a range of classic spoon sweets, jams, and syrups. By selecting only fresh fruits from Ktima and local producers and using traditional recipes from her mom and grandma, the Xiromeritis family maintains the homemade quality of their products.
